Snow Devils volunteers and the community they support

Every Snow Devil is a volunteer. Nobody on this club draws a salary — which is why a dollar given here goes further than almost anywhere else in the valley.

Donation FAQ

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. The Jackson Hole Snow Devils are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. You’ll receive an emailed receipt for your records as soon as your gift is processed.

Can I choose which cause my gift supports?

You can. Use the designation selector in the give form — scholarships, avalanche safety, search & rescue, Shriners Children’s, local charities, or club operations. Choose “Where it’s needed most” and we’ll direct it to the greatest current need.

Can I give monthly instead of once?

Yes. Switch the gift frequency to Monthly and your support becomes recurring — the steadiest way to fund scholarships and safety programs year-round. Cancel anytime.

How much of my gift actually reaches the cause?

The club is 100% volunteer-run with no paid staff. The large majority of every dollar goes straight to scholarships, safety, and community grants; a small share covers the insurance and safety costs of running the Hill Climb itself.

Does my employer match donations?

Many do — often dollar for dollar. Ask your HR team about charitable matching and request our tax ID; it’s the easiest way to double your impact at no extra cost.

Can I donate something other than money?

Absolutely. Volunteer hours, sponsorship, raffle items, and club membership all fund the mission. Reach out and we’ll find the right fit.
