Four days. Three hundred riders. One legendary 45-degree face. Since 1964, the toughest sleds in the world have met their match on Snow King Mountain.
For more than half a century, the World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb has tested the world's best riders against Snow King's legendary face. It's not just another race — it's a gravity-defying tradition carved into the heart of Jackson Hole.
Every spring, more than 300 racers and 10,000 spectators gather on the mountain for four adrenaline-filled days. And when the sleds go quiet, every dollar rolls back into the community — scholarships, avalanche safety, and search & rescue.
Gates open Thursday, March 18. Tickets go on sale November 1, 2026 — kids 12 & under ride in free with a ticketed adult.
Includes access to base area viewing and full-day admission.
Saturday and Sunday hillside access to the World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb — the finals weekend, from the qualifiers to the King of Kings Finals.
In the works with Snow King Mountain — a gondola ticket to watch the climb from the air and take in the view from the top.
A full 4-day event pass is in the works — covering all four days of the championship. Stay tuned.
