Talk to a Real Snow Devil

We are a volunteer-run club, so you are writing to a person with a day job — not a support desk. We answer everything, usually within a few days.

Quick Answers

When do tickets go on sale?+

November 1, 2026 for the March 18–21, 2027 Hill Climb. Get on the ticket alert list on the event page and we will email you the moment they are live.

How long until someone replies?+

Usually a few days. Every person answering this inbox is a volunteer with a day job — in the weeks right before the race, give us a little longer.

Who do I talk to about sponsorship?+

Use the sponsorship inquiry form on the Sponsors & Partners page — it routes straight to the people who handle partnerships, which is faster than the general inbox.

I have old Hill Climb photos or results. Do you want them?+

Very much. Our written history is still being assembled, and the archive lives in members’ garages and scrapbooks. Pick “Club history / archive photos” in the form above.

Can I get a refund if the event is cancelled?+

Yes — ticket holders are contacted directly with refund or transfer options, as happened in 2026. Write in with your order details and we will sort it out.

Do you rent sleds or run guided rides?+

No, the club does not rent or guide. Plenty of local outfitters do, and the Plan Your Trip page points you toward riding the area safely.
